Do not send passwords, MFA or recovery codes, payment information or other sensitive personal data. Avoid sending a full serial number unless it is genuinely needed. Redact personal or sensitive details in screenshots whenever possible.
What helps us help you
You do not need to send everything below. A few clear details are usually enough to understand a question or issue faster.

Device or software item
Include the product name, model number, identifier or software version that the question is about.
What happened
Tell us what you did, what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
Problem screenshot
A screenshot can make an issue much easier to understand. Hide personal or sensitive information before sending it.
Data corrections
When reporting incorrect specifications, include the model name, identifier or A-number and, when possible, a reliable source supporting the correction.
Feature requests
Suggestions for devices, software information, languages and usability improvements are welcome.

Include enough detail to reproduce the issue where possible, and please avoid publicly disclosing sensitive details before the issue has been reviewed. The published security contact is also available in security.txt.
